Actually, it looks like they're just targeting non-recycled tp. I already use single-ply (the multiply stuff messes up the pipes in my apartment), so recycled tp would be fine if anyone besides the local co-op carried it.

I prefer the cheap ass, single-ply toilet paper. What I don't get, is the guy said it takes him less than 3 seconds to wipe his butt!

ONE SHEET of toilet paper?!?! Jesus christ, everybody but me have these perfect shits that don't cause any kind of butt mess at all. I mean, OCCASIONALLY I get the nice, dry, clean poo and even on the first wipe the paper is still clean, but usually I gotta wipe at least a few times, if not more.

My friend uses baby wipes.

He also turns the shower completely off when he lathers.

Why he tells me this is just as disturbing as the actual events.
