The pros:

1. Orson Wells doing the intro
2. Awesome fucking music
3. The Hoff in his prime
4. Hot chick of the week
5. Villain of the week
6. Bonnie, (who was way hotter than that red head that replaced her)
7. Awesome fucking car
8. William Daniels

The cons:

1. The Hoff in his prime

It's only real competition came later in the form of Airwolf, who had the badass Archangel as a new and improved Devin Miles.

I have incidentally been Archangerl several times for Halloween so my opinion might be a tad biased.

G4 has been running Knight Rider for the past few weeks and it's been awesome, I miss 1982.

No, you are being old and sentimental. Go watch Transformers G1 and wear some acid wash jeans.

Chappelle's Show is the perfect television show.

Chappelle's Show didn't need a car. It had Dave Chappelle's comedic genius as the vehicle of brilliance driving the show. Plus it had the best recurring social themes. And Paul Mooney being racist as hell and white people not knowing what to do.

Also, there is only a two year difference between 1982 and 1984, Mr. Mathematics! Just because your 80s pube-stache took 4 years to grow doesn't mean that two years is a long time.

my sister would argue A-Team was better AND they had a van AND they constructed a fortified vehicle each week..

A Team really had all the bells and whistles

The A-Teams only real shortfall was the number of hot chicks on the show, Knight Rider definitely beats it out there.

It was a life time in terms of TV.

Chapelle show had one hot chick in it's entire run, automatic fail. Just stop trying.

Points for Manimal, but, it really was second best to Automan.

Yes, it was better if you were playing for team asexual.
