I am grilling chicken that I marinated in spices similar to Adobe chicken overnight... roasted rosemary potatoes, a salad with ginger dressing and crescent rolls.

Yesterday night the wife and I were both worn out, so we just picked up a big cheese pizza from Whole Foods. I put some hot sauce on mine and topped it with avocado slices post-cooking. It turned out pretty well.

Tonight, I made BBQ chicken drumsticks and had a green salad with the rest of the avocado. Tasty.

The wine pairing, a nice scilian wine had like a 89 score from enthusiast and was only 12 bucks. Dry yet fruity.:

Oh and the chicken was fucking phenomenal... marinated overnight in water, soy sauce, fish sauce, coconut vinegar, garlic, peppercorns, crushed red pepper, sugar and bay leaves.

New York sirloin strips. Baked potatoes with sour cream and fresh asparagus. It was quite good actually.

I put some chicken to defrost. I might make chicken. More than likely I'll just end up not doing that though.
