My special cous-cous recipe, which involves tomatoes, chili, whiskey and lots of fresh vegetables. Yum.

Made a tuna steak tonight. Served it on a sick salad, but the tuna tasted like the fish market and was gross. The salad was slices of cucumber, red pepper, pear, avacado and sushi ginger with a lime-orange sugar dressing. Pan-seared the tuna (and cooked it through) but it still tasted awful even after covering it in dressing.

Luckily I made this HUGE pot of chicken wing curry earlier and ate that instead with rotis.

my wife has been making some sort of hamhock for 2 days for her relatives. It smells really bad and I'll bet she won't even eat it. (and she's a good cook)
I told her never to make it in the house again.

Angel Hair pasta with shrimp in an oil and basil sauce with a side salad and garlic bread.
"I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.
I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish enough "Hello's" to get you through the final "Good-bye.."

Are you making the felafels from scratch?

some leftovers are really good. Chili, Speghetti, Goulash I love the next day. Anything warmed up that has to do with meet other than hamburger... no thanks. And left over mashed potatoes are just plain gross.
