End of Watch - I wasn't sure if I was going to like this one. It turned out to be a great movie.

Billy Jack - Pretty good but they could have cut a lot of it out. :D Saw it on my DVR and saw Billy Jack 2 is on Netflix. Hopefully will watch soon.

Argo - Great movie.

Oz the Great and Powerful - Really fun movie that was surprisingly good. Lots of Easter Eggs for Oz fans.

Hall Pass - funny. I like Owen Wilson. Jason Sudeikis was really funny too. Really enjoyable movie even with all the raunchy shit jokes.

Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai.

It was okay. I remember enjoying it much more when it first came out. I suppose that I just couldn't accept the way of the samurai as a plausible way to lead one's life. In other words, the main theme of the movie and the core motivations of the protagonist were incomprehensible to me.

I will say, though, that I really enjoyed the depiction of the mafia. Hilarious stuff.

The director's cut of the new Total Recall.
I know people love to hate this movie, but I liked it. :smt102

I liked it too and so did everybody else I know who watched it. I liked that it was closer to the original short story that both movies are based on than the Arny movie from the 80s.

I seriously don't understand how some people can come out and say it was a horrible movie -- it wasn't.

Did you see the theatrical version or the extended one?
I heard the theatrical one left out a lot of non-action scenes, making it less complex yet more confusing.
Also people couldn't suspend their disbelief of The Fall.

Grave Encounters 2 - Pretty lame sequel with some bad acting and terrible special effects.
