The Beast wrote:Black Hawk Down. Great flick as always and it was mind blowing to see all the rising stars back in the day.

- Tom Hardy
- "Bobby" from Cougartown
- Dude from CSI:NY with glasses
- Legolas
- The Pivert, although he's been around for ages
- Phil Dunphy was the biggest shock, he even got to make a joke

Hopefully we will add Johnnie Strong to the list.

The Story of GI Joe (1945) starring Burgess Meredith and Robert Mitchum.

Ernie Pyle, class act on film and in real life. He didn't live to see the film, nor did many of the guys who portrayed the joes in the movie. Knowing that made the film's impact hit harder.

The Wicker Man - The Final Cut version of the original. Still as perplexing and creepy as ever. Shame that the full original version will probably never be found, but any cut cut with Britt Ekland dancing naked is better than nothing. :smt007

The Big Doll House - Nothing like a good ol' women in prison film to warm your heart. Course I hope never to see Sid Haig in his underwear again. :smt078

Blue Jasmine - It wasn't bad but I wasn't really a fan. I found myself more interested in the supporting characters than the main cast and that was mainly because of who they were rather then what they were doing.

It wasn't a good movie, but I was in the mood to see a movie. When I'm in that sort of mood, I'm able to enjoy what I'm watching on the screen even if it's not very good.

Me too, although Hot Fuzz is probably my least favorite of the Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy. It's still a great film, I just don't like it as much as Shaun of the Dead or The World's End. They're all great fun though.

The Wolf of Wall Street

Watched it with the 4 dudes I live with. Got a tad awkward during the 'sex scenes'... but whatevs. :smt102

I really enjoyed this film. A lot funnier than I thought it was going to be. Especially loved the 'fighting in the kitchen' scene (I can imagine they had fun filming that scene). :-D

Leo was awesome in this film. I wasn't a major Leo fan until Django Unchained (though thought he was ace in What's Eating Gilbert Grape) but this is deffo one of his best performances. :D

It's a very long film though. So don't do what we did and wait till 9pm to watch it. Won't be finished till Midnight. :| :|

The Descendants - A quality movie from start to finish. George Clooney and Shailene Woodley gave amazing performances.
