I recall reading somewhere that RDJ has said he'll make Iron Man movies for as long as they let him. That said - let's say the horrible day comes when he no longer does the role.

Who could replace him?

(I only say that because he was in line for the role before RDJ, and at least with a star that big the studio would have to give the film enough of a budget to do the FX the right way)
