The PS3 has always been billed as more than just a game console. It's a media center. It might as well be a computer.

This seems like a strange complaint considering the price is about 200-300 dollars cheaper since launch and they have increased storage significantly.

I don't know if it's the same on a PS3, but I install all of my 360 games on the hard drive. Less loading time and no disc spinning.

It'll fill your drive up pretty quickly.

Yeah, you can't do that on PS3. That I know of, at least.

It only takes 27 Megabytes to play Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego! If I want more storage space, I'll buy a bunch of 5.25 floppies! IBM discontinued their 286 models so they could gauge the prices on Pentiums! I demand they start selling 286 processors again!
