Start a foot chase with her which would probably lead to her getting tackled thereby creating the same outcome whereby she goes face first into the pavement? You run from the police, you takes your chances IMO.
she' right there, grab here
Video of taseringpolice are trained in how to subdue suspects, they do it all the time, but knocking someone out while they are standing up and cannot even break their fall (
because she was still in handcuffs making it rather difficult to steal a car) is not an appropriate response, especially to a 100 lb woman who was being booked, not fore murder, not for rape, but for fleeing the scene of an accident. She was barely a step ahead of the cop who, before she got to him, had time to draw and point his taser rather than grab her.
what does it matter, cop was cleared of any wrong doing and now the people of Florida will be paying for her care for the rest of her life.
