While Superspeed and Invulnerability are damned tempting, it would have to be Flight.

Invulnerability.

All you have to do is carry around grenades from that point. Hold 'em in your hand and tell people to act right or else.

Invulnerability - If it's total, I wouldn't be able to get drunk. No thanks.
Flight - can only fly so high before you freeze and so fast before you run into something, and without invulnerability, landing would be a bitch.
Super Strength - again, needs invulnerability
Super Speed - for best results, it needs invulnerability
Super hearing - I'd never be able to focus on just the one thing I wanted to listed to
X-Ray, Macro, Micro, Radio or Heat vision - I have corrected vision, what prescription do I need to make any of these work?
Freeze breath - uh... no thanks
Super-Intelligence/Recall - WINNER. Apart from being Jeopardy champion for 8 years straight, I could apply all that I need to study to artificially duplicate everything listed above.

Hmm..let's say your eyes and the area surrounding your eyes would be immune to the effects of the heat vision. Kinda like how Cyclops doesn't fuck up his eyes every time he uses his optic blasts.
