Though no video preview is available, pictures have been released for the final episode of Young Justice.

This Saturday, "Endgame" will air an appropriately titled episode that brings the series known as Young Justice to an end. In the episode, The Reach pull off their last gambit with the Earth in jeopardy. Strange alliances are made as the final battle between Earth's heroes and The Reach erupts.

It's kind of a shame, really, that the episode will mark the last time one will truly see four generations of The Flash, Jay Garrick, Barry Allen, Wally West, and Bart Allen, all share the screen at the same time (DC hates Wally West and has a very young Jay Garrick on Earth Two). Likewise, the three Beetles, Blue, Black, and Green, may never be seen together again, not to mention a competent Tim Drake, Lex Luthor in a business suit, or Miss Martian, Artemis, and Kaldur, all of whom currently aren't in actual comic books.

Actually fieldy, if I remember correctly Lobdell gave us Artemis and then killed her in the same issue. Because what kind of sense would it make to introduce a popular character from a TV show viewed by millions into a comic book read by thousands?

As far as the final episode of Young Justice is concerned, I am worried that a 22-23 minute time frame will not be enough time to properly wrap up all the plot lines that are still dangling. I guess it's not impossible but I just don't see how they are going to end this series without feeling extremely rushed in the process. I guess we will find out on Saturday.

I love Black Beetle's voice. It's distinct and sounds alien. Yep he's from Booster Gold and Blue Beetle. I forget who he was in the Booster Gold time whimey stuff. I just remember he showed up later on in Jamie's book. Then the Nu52 version was Paco. ................

You know it's kind of sad YJ again makes a concept somewhat better than it should be. They turned the Beetle concept into a Kamen Rider one. Something nobody at DC realized.

Black Beetle was like 2 or 3 people if I'm remembering right. It kept changing because of the whole "time and reality hero" concept. Maybe I'm mis-remembering it though.

Booster's father stole the Supernova identity but I don't believe that he was ever Black Beetle. I could be mistaken though.

Of course a Flash had to die. Great ending, and the next season with Darkseidwould've been epic.
