21. Mr. Miracle (60 points)

A character who woulda been on my Top 10 aswell, makes the Top 25 but didn't quite make it in the Top 20. So, is Shilo the new Mr. Miracle now? I'm kinda iffy on these new New Gods.

20. Animal Man (63 points)

I wonder, pre-52 if people woulda voted for him? He was always one of my favs, but it seems since 52 he has found a whole new popularity level. Either way, I am glad ol'Buddy here made the Top 20. Only 19 more to the #1 slot? Who will it be?? Dum dum dummmmmmm

19. Vixen (65 points)

Wow. Animal Man and now Vixen. I haven't picked up JLA in a while cuz I haven't had a chance to go to the store until 2 weeks ago, so does she still have the Amazo power or has she gotten her animal powers back?

18. Hawkgirl (69 points - 1 first place slot)

Roy's current squeeze, while I think she is anyway. I haven't read the title in a long time so. Anywho, her title during OYL blew chunks. Like messy chunks. I was kinda stoked that Walt S took over the title, but then yeah, heavily dissappointed.

17. Ray Palmer (71 points)

So, I used to have a hate on for ol'Ray here. Then, a certain lawyer told me, well demanded really, to pick up Sword of the Atom. And you know what? I kinda enjoyed it. I like Ryan better, but Ray is no longer getting the haterade that he was getting before. I am glad he decided not to take the name Atom away from Ryan and its good to see how he works on the new JL title.

16. Guy Gardner (75 points)

Its been foretold he will be the greatest GL ever. So, why is he at number 16?? So, Guy here is the 3rd GL to make the list, and he is one of my favs. Though, I dunno if I would put him on my Top 10 or not. I really like him in GLC at the moment, should be interesting to see what happens. I hope they do not make Ice a Star Sapphire aka Love Lantern or anything. We shall see.

either that or Detroit-era fans. while Gypsy was my personal fave, i'll admit Mari was truthfully probably th coolest character of those 4 noobs.

plus, she has some JLU cartoon-mojo factoring in for her too.

15. Plastic Man (83 points - 1 first place vote)

A character I never thought would make it has high as he did, made it to number 15 and with a first place vote to boot. Most impressive. I never really ready the JLA title with him in it, so I take it he was more then just comic relief? Most impressive.

14. Hawkman (88 points)

I see him more of a JSAer then a JLAer, but again, thats just me. Interesting fact bout me: My only dose of Thanagarians were in the JLA cartoon with Hawkgirl. So, when I picked up Identity Crisis and Deathstroke cut the wings off I was like WTF?!?! I swear, I didn't know Hawkman had a wing harness. Neat huh?

13. Aquaman (115 points)

Lucky number 13 is the Lord of the Seven Seas, Aquaman. I loved him on JLU cartoon. I loved him being a part of the DC Defenders. You know, Aquaman (Namor), Dr. Fate (Dr. Strange), Amazo (Silver Surfer), Grundy (hulk) and Hawkgirl (Valkyrie). As for comics, I really can't say I know anything bout him. I thought he was cool with the harpoon hand though.

Hawkman should not beat Ray, unless we're talking about Katar-frickin'-Hol. Every other retconned version sucks in comparison to the Thanagarian version.

I was hoping Plas would be in the Top 10.

Love Batman, Huntress, Question etc. - But not as JLA Members.
Some, like Nightwing, and Wally, I see as belonging to other groups.
I voted the same with the Avengers - Spidey, Hulk, Doc Strange... are some of my favorite characters ever but don't like them in the group.

If I were to vote again I'd probably take Supes WW and Dr. Fate off my list and replaced them with Blue Beetle, Firestorm (Ronnie) and Aquaman.

I was going to write this whole post backwards, like she says her spells, but I am far too lazy for that. The magician makes the 12th slot on the list, even with 2 first place votes she couldn't break the Top 10. I have a hard time beleiving she is as powerful as every claims she is though.

11. Black Canary (168 points - 2 first place votes)

Wow. The current leader of the JLA just missed the Top 10 by 6 points. I love her, dunno if she would be in my Top 10 or not, but I am glad she is is this close to the to top 10. How long you think her marriage is going to last? I hope its a while, I like to see them stretch it out.
