Is any book actually safe from the NOWpocalypse? I mean if they're gonna restart ASM why not just restart everything? why not just have the New 53?

But in all seriousness I think I've figured out why we haven't seen Gage's name pop up in any of the Marvel NOW! ads. Also if the relaunch of ASM is the mystery project for Bachalo you can go right ahead and add at least 50 more angry emoticons to this post.

I figured they would cancel and relaunch ASM months before the NOW stuff was even announced. It seemed like the sort of thing Marvel is known for and can never pass up doing. And with Marvel running scared trying to match DC's New 52 success, it became inevitable.

I can only think of three issues of ASM that Sal illustrated: 153, 154, and 181.

Spectacular, on the other hand, was his title.

I don't think there have even been rumours about a new team. Could it just be more Slott?
