Yes I know, but as Punchy pointed out Ross is more like Letterman. Aside from anything, he presents a late night show, which Ellen does not.

Jonathan Ross was a good guy - he spent over 2 hours signing autographs at Kapow for free and did some cool lucha libre wrestling with Lucha Britannia
