Well, technically speaking if anybody "owns" Utopia, then I would assume that it would be Magneto since Utopia was created from the remains of Asteroid M.

Wanda made it pretty clear in issue zero she doesn't belong with the Avengers when she turned down the invite back to the mansion and the Vision told her to get lost.

I really don't care who owns Utopia, but once draco brings up arguments like "the Avengers are breaking the law by trespassing" then the question needs to be addressed.

I mean, we are way past laws being broken in this series considered the X-Men have attacked sovereign nations.
