The series will get one more issue, a special, featuring a cavalcade of talented creators, and Dan Didio.
Source: Batman Incorporated Expands in August
Batman Inc lives on for one last issue come August. IGN got the exclusive news that series artist Chris Burnham, who will also now guest write this month's #11 with Jorge Lucas on art, will be joined by 2016 Republican presidential hopeful Ethan Van Sciver, deposed Thanos Rising writer Joe Keatinge, and Sith Lord Dan Didio himself on various short stories focusing on the members of Batman Inc who survive Grant Morrison's final issue, Batman Inc #13 (due out in July).
So, for those hoping for more stories about Nightrunner, Man-of-Bats, Red Raven, Jiro, Knight II (since Squire has now adopted the role), El Gaucho, and more (please more Lord Death Man. The world needs more Lord Death Man), you'll soon find your questionable desires fulfilled. With Didio's involvement in the special, one has to wonder if he will pull the biggest swerve since Vince McMahon was revealed to be the Higher Power (I mean, who saw that coming? Oh, everyone? Nevermind.) and write a story involving the one Batman Inc character that has not appeared in Vol. 2 due to her designation as TOXIC: Cassandra Cain?!
Could it be possible?! Is there still good in him?
Still, this book will probably be pretty cool. You see that DC? We can be positive. Kind of.
