I read the last 4 issues of this last night.

What a fun book this is.

And I love the little hints about stuff coming up on Rip Hunter's blackboard.

This is one of the best books coming from DC right now. Just tons of fun and it's like a love letter to the DCU. The hints of what's to come also seem pretty awesome. And that last page of at Kord Industries is awesome, I hope it means what it's teasing.

IMO, this is the best book from DC right now. i list B&B ahead of it on my favorites, but Booster is pretty much everything you could hope for from a super-hero book. just terrific.

I really hope we don't get a drop in quality now that the writing team is leaving. I have faith in Dan Jurgens, but still Johns and Katz will be a tough act to follow.

Great run from Johns and Katz but I'm dropping it with their exit.

I'm really not interested in Dixon, Remender, or Jurgens.

I think Jurgens is a pretty good writer, so I'm optimistic about the future of the book.

agreed. plus, it's pretty obvious he has a tremendous love for the character (seeing as he's Booster's sole creator), so i'm really not too worried.

I'm not worried about Jurgens. I'm sure he'll do fine. But Johns and Katz will be hard to follow. An awesome book all around

in the epilogue to Blue & Gold, you see a man in shadow sneaking in to a Kord lab full of Beetle gear who then lets loose a "Bwa-Hahahaha!", which is of course the trademark good-guy laugh popularized from JLI, which starred none other than *ta-da!* Ted Kord. fanboys have since gotten themselves into a mild lather hoping that's really Ted.

That sums it up.

And insults me.

I'm confused by whether I should be mad. :?

I still think Blue Beetle is better.

It was before the creative team changed. I do like the first issue by the new guys though and am optimistic that it's going to be really good going forward. I hope the transition on Booster Gold goes as well.
