In a nutshell, Marvel. All I get from them is essentially Icon and Ultimate books. That's it. Occasionally there's a Marvel Zombies mini (or in the upcoming case a George Romero zombie mini) and right now books they do for the ABC TV shows and now apparently (though still no one's admitting they're doing it and why) books that normally would come from Legendary Comics.

Oh well, you should read Young Avengers though. It's my favorite title.
FF and Thor God of Thunder have been pretty good too.

I'll definitely buy that Marvel Zombies by Romero .

Tomorrow is the day! An entire day of back issue goodness!!
- Continuity is or it is not. There is no such thing as soft continuity.
- A character IS his continuity.
- Continuity is consistency of the characteristics of people, plot, objects, and places seen by the reader or viewer.

There are so many great European comics.

When I was around 12 I used to read more European comics than everything else. My father had lots of Moebius, Serpieri and Manara comics that he would let me read. He had a pretty good collection, with lots of good authors.

Still waiting for Amazon to ship me the Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse HC's. For some strange reason they haven't gotten either one of them yet.

That's awesome. In addition to some Humanoids books I've picked up (Muse, Technopriest and Madwoman of the Sacred Heart) I also have Blacksad, the first two volumes of Magic Wind (truly excellent) and a couple volumes of The Killer from Archaia. I've really liked all of it.

I just read Madwoman of the Sacred Heart a couple of a months ago (in a European edition), I really liked it, especially the first half. Technopriest is by Jodorowsky, right? I have a huge Jodorowsky's Metabarons HC that I haven't read yet.

As is Madwoman. Guy wrote some crazy stuff. I'm half way through Madwoman and have yet to get very deeply into Technopriests. I would love an oversized Metabarons HC. That must have set you back.

I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but maybe because Spain is in crisis and all that, I've been able to find some gorgeous deluxe hardcovers for very reasonable prices.

Yeah, I know Madwoman is by Jodorowski and Moebius . I also read The Incal (same creative team) for the first time this year. I had only read a few random pages in Metal Hurlant a long time ago.
