As long as this keeps Zeb Wells from writing Hawkeye I'm all for it.

I loved this teams run on Immortal Iron Fist, easily one of my favorite comic runs ever. I am not a huge Hawkeye fan, but I understand why Marvel is doing this they are trying capitalize on him being in the Avengers movie, so that makes perfect sense to me. Not really sure how successful the title will be but the creative team has had nice success in the past so I think they are capable of having a successful run again together.

The fact that it's not only Clint's book but Kate too is awesome!

This looks fantastic - the cover art alone is enough to sell me on it. I'm in.

They'll have at best 2 or 3 story arcs for the character, then lose interest if it isn't canceled first.

3 story arcs means about 18 issues, which would be pretty damn respectable for a Hawkeye series.

I wonder what this means for Fraction's workload, is he dropping one of Defenders, Iron Man or Thor? Or is this taking the place of Casanova?

Except it'll be written for the trades, meaning about 4 issues' worth of progression stretched over 18 issues.

And I don't know, but it's probably time for a shake-up on either Iron Man or Thor. I say that though having not read either one in months.

Looks awesome, and now that we know that Kate Bishop will be in it as well makes it even awesomer. 8)

I think its blindingly obvious he's near the end of his Iron Man run, to be replaced by Jon Hickman
