I e-mailed Terri directly about it yesterday and haven't heard back yet.

Considering this...

If you have ordered from us within the last few months, all of your outstanding items have been consolidated into one order on this new site. The order will have date of October 1st, and it will contain all of your outstanding items that are on order. You will not be charged again for these items - we have your original payment captured and recorded for these items. The purpose of this consolidated order is to show you the outstanding items we have on file for your account.

This is just another one of those things they didn't anticipate would be a problem and didn't bother to QC before saying it was done.

Yeah I sent my to Terri and Mitchell. I just do not want to hear the MOOL is what is based on what to pull when the orders come in.

Though I looked at SEPT and there was only one book missing from the list and it was the HERO New Avengers 100 Cover Sketch book.

Hello, I'm a MOC customer for some years, I have some problems with my account and such and after some days, they didn't answer me and I don't have any clue to solve my problems. I don't know if they have my emails from the website form or not.
I don't have the direct emails to Terri or the customer service, and the comics@mail... didn't work too. Can anyone pm me with the addresses you email at?. Thanks.

Thanks a lot. I can't reply right now (don't see the button to it), and I think it's that I don't have all the access because the account it's so new... but I've received it, thanks again.

I would not expect follow-up on this issue to be quick. Normally Terri can handle the day-to-day stuff fantastic but now we are getting into a technical issue that may be more Mitchell and the web team. It would been nice to at least we got your email and will follow-up but I think the last month too a lot out of MOC that they did not expect.

I'd give it some time as they sort out all the issues.

Yeah, I figure it'll be at least another 7-10 days before they straighten this out and ship our boxes.

Assuming they don't just cut their losses and flee to Mexico.

Just heard back from Terri. She says that the the missing items from my list should all be included in my October box but didn't give much more detail than that.

On my BPRD trade issue, I apparently ordered a 2nd copy of Hell on Earth v1 when I meant to order v2.

I asked when they expect for October boxes to be shipped, I'll post her response when I get it.

I've received Terri's reply and she could not made it better. Fast, accurate and reliable.
The new website was a mess the first days, but things improved and I know they are doing they're best. I've been with them for more than 4 or 5 years, and they have my confidence from those years.

I always said that when I switched to pre-order by mail, they were the fastest and reliable customer service that answered all my questions. Other companies didn't reply me instead.

John, I'd like to know when the boxes will ship too.

Thanks a lot guys here, you're the best.

I've been using MOC for 7 years and never had any major issues before the upgrade. The new owners haven't gotten off to the greatest of starts.

Mitchell took over i think in April and it has been pretty decent up to, as all said, the new site rollout. I just think they never planned on bad much problems and customer backlash could be.

As for when i get my box, no rush, right now I am reading the last 15 issues of Thunderbolts from my back-stock.

I think that if somebody buys a company and start to change things could make them worse, but with MOC, they have almost the same employees I think, and they know very well how to do things and they keep doing what way. If the change was in April, man I was clueless, I didn't know anything (2 packages ago, Robinson's signature was in my package).

The problems came with the new website and the errors it had. They're doing well their job, but the website is their main 'image brand' so.. but as I said before, they proved me that they're good at their job.

I want to clarify that I'm an international customer, so pick up the phone and make a call is not the easiest way to reach them.
