The trades are light for me this month. LOL the comics as usual, aren't.

The next Castle HC has been pre-ordered on Amazon and since I had gift certificates to use I get it for free.

And then the only other books I want are the Nexus Omnibus and the Chaykin Marked Man HC both from Dark Horse. So I'll order those at the LCS where the credit still reigns supreme because nothing I ever order from them ever comes in and I have to buy them elsewhere (well cept for Batman: Earth One. That they got.).

The only maybe is the Shaolin Cowboy TP from Dark Horse and that's cause I'm not sure if I want to order what will no doubt be a prose novel with just spot illustrations from Darrow and others. If they can show me its more then that, I'll get it. I like Shaolin Cowboy but since he doesn't speak (and I certainly don't expect running commentary from the horse the whole time), its not going to make that much sense to see Andrew Vachss try to verbalize Darrow art.

Just signed up to get 2000AD on my ipod. http://robot6.comicbookresources.com/20 ... ugh-apple/

Also, just pledged $15 towards Gail Simone's new Kickstarter project which will net me a copy of the finished product. This was a total no-brainer for me: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/206 ... f=category

I can' believe I'm seriously considering the X-Force Omnibus Marvel is soliciting next month, but these *were* the comics of my young adulthood....

I'm gonna pass on that. I'm already collecting the Cable Classic trades, I think that's as much of the time period as I really need.

I hear that.... I probably own most of these issues

Hadn't noticed it my first time through, but what about that Iron Man Omnibus? That may collect actually good comics.

First, Midas: Did you see on DCBS that they were doing another Valiant bundle for the books this month? If you didn't order it that way you can change it and save probably $3 like last time. :-D

Second, I also pledged to Gail's Kickstarter. Getting an OGN from her that way for only $15 and now with all the donations some sort of increased page count and possible hardcover upgrade? Yeah, so worth it.

Third, LOL yeah I know I've been MIA. Its funny, I find the time to get on the computer, but hardly enough time to get to all my regular haunts. So I know I've got tons of BOC/COC stuff to write. Best get started.
