i AM a DC fanboy, yet even i can admit Darkseid ain't fit to hold Thanos's jockstrap. DC has repeatedly punkbitched Big D over the years to the point that him showing up is like "ho-hum, which Bat-family member is gonna whoop his ass now?"

OTOH, when Thanos shows up, you're thinking "oh shit, who's he gonna fuck up this time?"

Has Darkseid fallen off that badly? If that's the case, then this all comes down to bad-writing-And I mean very bad-writing. Then again this is the same company that has powerful and dangerous characters such as Alexander Luthor Jr, Simon Hurt, Parallax, etc get nerfed or punked by a street level character like the Joker( As much as I like the Joker even I have to admit how ridiculous some of these situations where other characters are dumbed down in favor of him). I am pretty sure that Darkseid will probably get pawned by the Joker next to show how bad the writing is at DC.
