He's probably hiding cause everyone hates what he did probably. You got rid of Rose and Miss Martian.. we're not reading TT anymore.

Honestly.. I say yes. #1-39 are great stuff. You get to see the entire Marvel Universe in Doom 2099, unlike Spidey 2099.

The only bad thing is #40-44 aren't (espically 43 and 44). That arc is I like to call the Road to 616 where Doom 2099 in an attempt to save Latervia travels to 616 and tries genetic experiments that get the attention of Daredevil, Namor, Dr. Strange, Thing, and Dr. Doom. Plus if you have the Fantastic Four tie-in you see Doom 2099 tangling with some of the Inhumans.

Ellis take's fully over in #26 then lasts till #39. He writes the dialogue in #24-25 but it's the main writer from 1-25's script he uses. About three issues into Ellis's run the artist who was on Doom 2099, Pat Boderick leaves due to the direction Ellis take's the book (you'll notice in Ellis's issues he drops the entire cast Doom 2099 in the first two arcs had save for the cameo appearances of one and then puts his own people in there).

But Ellis's stuff is still very good. I'll post some of that next.
