Not here. I checked a while back, since I prefer a low sodium diet. That and after drinking nothing but Coke Zero for a month then going to a Diet Coke... I tasted salt.

A number of sodas have a salt content.

Sugar content. Often worse then with a soda.

If I need a pick-me-up, why don't I just snort cocaine instead of drinking coffee?!

Indeed they are!

I didn't believe it at first either. They DO have the benefit of containing vitamins etc. that are needed.

Then it's not the real deal.

The difference is between adding sugar or not. Most juices have it added. Also... cornstarch.

Sort of, as they also tend to contain - cornstarch, salt, preservatives... :-(

The natural sugars can also be damaging based on any health problems you have. As a diabetic, natural sugars can hit you harder then processed stuff. :-(
