It's just a relaunch. Status quo's have been changed, but continuity is unaffected (for now) and a lot of huge creative team changes:

All-New X-Men by Bendis/Immonen
- Beast brings the five original X-Men to the present, to try and talk some sense into Cyclops post-AvX. The five original X-Men will be around indefinitely.

Uncanny X-Men by Bendis/Bachalo
- Not official yet, but teased. Supposedly Cyclops' extinction-team. Basically, Uncanny Brotherhood of Mutants: Cyke, Magneto, Emma, Magik, Colossus, Namor, Danger.. give or take a character or two.

Avengers by Hickman/Opena
- Up to 24 members.. basically JLU. Notable additions to the team include Cannonball, Sunspot, and Eden from Secret Warriors. Will be bi-weekly.

New Avengers by Hickman/Epting
- The Illuminati from Bendis' NA run.

Uncanny Avengers by Remender/Cassaday
- Cap forms a mutant-friendly Avengers team, with Havok as leader, to promote mutant/human relations. Team includes Scarlet Witch, Wolverine, Rogue, Thor, and Cap.

Superior Spider-Man by Slott/Ramos/Stegman
- Just like Slott's current Spidey run, but douchier.

Probably no Colossus since he pretty much hates Magik and would never work on a team with her again. And said no to Magneto about joining him... That and he's in Cable and X-Force... I doubt Namor will be on the team either...

In all honesty, Marvel NOW wise I am most excited about both Fraction Fantastic Four books. I just feel like Cassanova and stuff like 5 fists of Science and even Iron Man prove that he can take outlandish scientific material and weird family aesthetics and spin gold.

My level of excitement (only on the books I'll be buying):
1) FF
2) Deadpool
3) Indestructible Hulk
4) Captain 'Merica
5) Avengers
6) Thor: God of Thunder
7) Uncanny Avengers (I've read the first issue so far, and it was just alright)
8. New Avengers (buying this solely on faith in the creators)
