Is it true that most of the stories in these two volumes are not Mignola works?

Not sure about vol. 7 but vol. 8 is all Duncan Fegredo.

That kind of sucks, his art is one of the may draws of Hellboy.

The Vampire of Prague and Makoma in vol. 7 are done by P. Craig Russell and Richard Corben (respectively). You can't tell me you'd pass up on P. Craig Russell? They're both really well done. And the art in vol. 8 is really nice, very similar style to Mignola's own stuff.

Yeah, I love his art.

I'd recommend flipping through them to see if you like the artists.
