Help me pick an Omnibus

I have enough credit with my LCS (for trading in my DC trades) that I can get one Omnibus.

I vote for none of them!

Get the Jack Kirby Fourth World omnibuses. They are in paperback format now too.

Claremont Uncanny X-Men, IMO.

Obviously, you're some skinny, single nerd living on the East Coast who probably derives value in life from wrestling matches, hoping that Wolverine gets to sleep with teenagers and engaging in casual drug use. You're literally the worst thing to happen to comics since Stan Lee.

Not buying DC's books anymore. They've rebooted twice in my lifetime.

Not available at my LCS. Now if they had Thunderbolts Omnibus, I'd buy that in a heartbeat.

These are your only choices? What's your price point?

These are the only omnibuses I am interested in since most of the other ones are either Amazing Spider-Man or Avengers. I still have $100 in credit.

Eh, I guess I'd put my money on Cap or Untold Spider-Man. But probably Cap.

Again, it's in my Outhouse job description. What stories are in the Cap one?

id go with spidey. astonishing is garbage and those cap stories are pretty weak for brubaker. reborn is just not good.

Not his best stuff.

Hmn. I liked the Busiek stuff but I didn't read it consistently. Note that I find that to be pretty old skool (which I like) but it might not be to your taste.

I liked Whedon's stuff. It was my first "proper" X-Men title during that time and I found it easy to follow.

So... Since Spidey is your favorite character, consider it. It is old skool though, so if you want something more modern and cinematic, go AXM.
