i think she should join the Avengers if she comes back. Her abilities are pretty much the one power the Avengers are lacking...

and really people think that Jean Grey belongs on X-Force?? really?? Jean Grey does NOT belong on the black ops kill crew. That is so far from her character its not even funny..

See that reaction, and why I said it would be interesting, if she did Xforce. It would be so out in left field idea why I would like to see something crazy like that.

Exactly, Jean could take Storm's place seeing as how she only lasted 3 issues under Bendis' Avengers. I can then see her becoming Stark's new girlfriend( Iron Man and Phoenix hooking up has lots of potential as Stark likes redheads as much as Logan and Scott do).

I'd actually prefer her to be single for a while, since the only characterization she's ever had has been as someone's girlfriend/wife.

Good point. Maybe they could have her be close buddies with Ms. Marvel, Spider-Woman, Mockingbird, Victoria Hand, Maria Hill, Sharon Carter and Black Widow and have Sex & The City concept( Ok, I was kidding about the last part).

Actually it would be really cool if she started hanging out with Misty Knight again. They were friends way back during the period when her and Beast believed all the other X-Men had been killed in a battle with Magneto but they had actually escaped into the Savage Land.

Or I could see her in the Avengers too.

Single is fine though it would be fun to see her hook up with Spidey.

Agreed for the most part except the Spiderman hookup thing-I believe Peter has another hot redhead he already loves-which thanks to Quesada's idiocy-whole marriage was erased. Although it would be funny if Jean and Mary Jane became close friends.
On a separate note, I didn't even know that she and Misty Knight hung out so that could be interesting.
