We've had calls for Captain Atom, Booster Gold and the Robinson JLA (which includes Congorilla, the biggest dweeb of them all) in this thread. The snark was more aimed towards that. I have no problem calling for bigger names, but when people start claiming that the current cast of JLA is somehow superior to this, snark needs to be applied.

On a more serious note, I'd be more worried about this line-up if there had been a single comment about the JLA roster being semi-permanent. Does anyone seriously think that this supposed JLA lineup will last more than 8 issues? When was the last time that the JLA had an actual stable line-up? Morrison?

No, but I am considering sending various political campaigns Zechs and Herald's email. If McCain had pundits as good as those two, we'd be living in the United Territories of Palin right now. And that includes Canada too.

Heh. That reminds me of the never-produced scripts for the end of Just a Little Blud Season 2.

I still believe Zechs can be saved. We strap him into a chair like Alex from A Clockwork Orange and force him to watch the Cold Slither episode of GI Joe for 24 hours, and he'll be right as rain.

I'd rather Engineer was in the Justice League, and I'd like the Spartan who was merged with Void from Joe Casey's Wildcats as a part of the team.

To Zechs' credit, he's been a good sport to all the snark that I've thrown at him. We have a gentleman's wager involving Batgirl, so he's willing to put his money where his mouth is.

As for Herald, one can only wonder what he would do with his encyclopedic knowledge of TVTropes if we weren't around. He'd probably be a lobbyist on Capitol Hill or something, promoting mandatory implants for all Asian women.

A worthy goal, I suppose.

Spartan, Zealot, Warblade, Ragdoll, Miss Martian, Catman, and, Void, on a WildC.A.T.S. team led by Ted Grant. Just sayin.

Engineer's in Stormwatch, along with Jenny Q and a couple of new characters. The mystery woman in JL is not someone anyone's guessed yet, and isn't blond, supposedly according to a Johns tweet. I don't know, I can't be bothered to check on that.

These designs look outdated by mere 15 years.
