I think I'm done with this series. I really liked the Magog stuff, but the last issue with Black Adam was unbelievably dull. And that art may have cut it back in 1988, but now it just looks dated.

I haven't been too crazy about Ordway's recent stuff, either. The pencils are looser than they used to be or something.

I guess it could also have been the inker or the fact that the coloring process is so different now.

I hear ya. I felt Ordway's artwork was really week in Infinite Crisis. And both his writing and his artwork on that Wonder Woman story (where she cut her hair--OHNOES) was downright horrible, imo.

I wish DC would assign that Nelson guy to Ordway's pencils like they did to Byrne's when he was on Action Comics with Gail Simone.

The art look way more cartoonish than what I've expected from Ordway. Kinda sad.
