The White Queen has been reformed for years now. She is in the same category as Rogue, Quicksilver, or the Scarlet Witch.
Namor has always been straddling the line between hero and villain since he was first introduced. He was a hero in Civil War, helped Emma keep tabs on Norman Osborne during Dark Reign, and has consistently been portrayed as a hero since.
As it has already been pointed out Danger is an expanding A.I. who was only a villain when she became aware and was afraid that she would be shut down.
Colossus became the Juggernaut to prevent his sister from further tainting her soul with evil and to save his friends so how exactly
is he a villain? Sure he is struggling to maintain control while he is the current avatar for Cytorrak but what has he done that has made him a villain? Has he robbed banks? Did he kidnap somebody and hold them for ransom? Hatch a plan for world domination?
And finally, Cyclops is only a villain to some people. I don't consider him a villain anymore than I consider Captain America or Iron Man as villains. I mean he may be making choices that are morally gray but so have Cap and Iron Man. The only real reason to consider Cyclops as a villain is because you want to consider him a villain. Until he creates an unstoppable doomsday device, takes a group of people hostage and holds them for ransom, or declares war on humanity so that he can take over the Earth, then I'm just not seeing this "villain" that some people keep talking about.
