There are no words.  The new Green Lantern, recently featured in DC's Free Comic Book Day Special, is being featured in September's Green Lantern #0, and guess what he's carrying in addition to the most powerful weapon in the universe?

A gun.  That's right, the new, African-American Green Lantern, is packing some heat in addition to his Green Lantern ring.  He's also sporting a gimp mask and forearm tattoos. Sad.  So, so sad.

...that being said, is anybody else familiar with the Producers? It seems like the powers to be at DC have a lot in common with Max Bialystock and Leo Bloom.
