Question about Forge

Postby Strict31 » Mon Feb 02, 2009 11:12 pm

I was reading the marvel wiki entry for Forge and his powers, and I wondered about something.

It said he's no more a genius with technology than Richards or Stark or Doom, but that his power basically allows him to take "shortcuts" in a sense.

Has he ever made or worn powered armor like Stark? I've never seen him do such, but I stopped reading X-Men a long time ago. I mean, he seems to confine himself to shit like weapons and jet-cycles and piecemeal stuff. But has he ever built or worn a suit of power armor? If not, has it ever been explained why he hasn't?

Because mutants who wear armor are boxes of kittens.

He hasn't, but he doesn't really do a lot of fighting anymore. A lot of advising and providing tech for everyone else.
The witness said Mr Brown then called out to Ms Hay's adult daughter: "Look at this, I'm tittie-f***ing your mother!".

Okay, someone help me with this, if this is my imagination or not ... but can't Forge only make things once? Like, he can invent a weapon but will be unable to invent it ever again? I don't know where this notion came from or why it's in my head, but it's there and there must be a reason!
