Preview art from #3 looks really rushed again.
I can already hear the line "To me, my S-Men"

He's not as good as he used to be, but I still think he's a good artist. Too bad he is so slow.

The fact that Byrne and Perez at their prime never had much trouble keeping deadlines and still kept their quality up says much about how artists don't have a lot excuses for being so slow.

It's still better than 95% of what's out there.

It doesn't look as bad as the last issue.

I think the last I thought he was good was the early Lone Ranger covers. Ever since he went back to Marvel he's been off.

I've always found him overrated. I feel like Laura Martin really makes his stuff look better than it is.
The witness said Mr Brown then called out to Ms Hay's adult daughter: "Look at this, I'm tittie-f***ing your mother!".

It's still good, but not great, and not nearly great enough to justify the wait for his work.

I agree. It's amazing how the right colourist can make an artist look so great.

Indeed. It may not be Cassaday's best work but it's much better than most comic book art (from DC, Marvel and all the others).

I'm actually curious if Xavier's brain has any influence over this version of Red Skull or not.

We've seen the opposite in effect but you have to wonder if some part of "Chuck" is still alive and well inside of the red skull and that's how he's defeated by the end of the arc. (At the end of the day, I trust Remender's writing so I'm looking forward to the resolution)

That's true, but, I think that's straight up crazy talk when it comes to Cassaday.

This guy has done some of the best covers in the business, his Lone Ranger and Buck Rogers were awesome.

I liked Cassaday back in the day, but it's time to stop drinking the kool aid. To say his rushed faces, and weird perspectives are better than 95% of art in comics right now is ridiculous.
