Not trying to indict you. Just pointing out that evidently everyone argues with Punchy. Now whether that's a problem created by him or not is a matter for another debate.

I like to egg him on, I am fully capable of admitting my culpability in the problem. I just don't give a fuck. It's fun.

I'd pick the Ares book or the FVZA...don't pick any of the list stuff since they are parts of a bigger story and are near the end.

Bendis and Hickman have made Ares a very interesting a cool character the past few months and he's become one of my favorite. His interactions with his son were fantastic.

Ultimate Avengers was an event because it saved the Ultimate Universe from Loeb.
Ghost Rider is an event because Aaron writes it, making it more important than all other books (despite his poor choice of taking on Wolverine)
Amazing Spider-Man comes out three times a month and still had a banner, jackass.

EVENTS are all you pick. :p

None of those were events, and that particular issue of Amazing didn't have a Brand New Day banner, it was a fun little 2-parter about Hammerhead.

It would have put me in a bind--didn't I tell you how many problems I've had with buyers of modern vampire romance & fiction?

I just had to stay out of that one, because I think anyone who likes them is a whackjob now.

I've had a run of sales on Dean Koontz this week, though.

I loved the original mini by Oeming. Who's writing this one, again?

That dude certainly seems to have a thing for kid's don't he. I wonder if there's a connection between that and the pedobear in his avatar.

Oeming made him cool, the others are just playing off of his character reboot IMO.

The internet is going to crack under the weight of these blatant falsehoods you keep posting.

Coolio. To make it official, you have to post your order in the Cart-O-Comics thread. 8)

kieron gillen. People write off ares as some mindless war machine but he's showing signs of humanity recently which makes him sooooo much more interesting.
