House of J wrote::? Wait--do you have to get tokens to watch these films? I think you might be confusing romantic comedies with gay porn.

Why don't they call them Comedic Romances anyway, then I might see one some day.

Anyway, Deadgirl is sort of a romantic comedy.

Er, no, I was going to make a Cherry Poptart joke but it felt flat then Deadgirl reached its climax, speaking of aberrations. :|

That was sort of fucked up.

For everyone else, I just finished watching:

It had nothing to do with Ecstatix.

Hellboy: The Bride of Hell

I'm embarrassed to say that this is the very first Hellboy comic I've ever read. Though I did get the first trade from Fourthman for Christmas; thanks again Fourthman!

I liked it. It did seem a bit derivitive in nature, but having never read a Hellboy before, I found the character himself to be fun and fresh. This has made me even more excited to delve into that first volume.

Story: 6
Art: 7
My Score: 6.5

Most banned book of 2009.

EDIT: From wiki:

And Tango Makes Three is a 2005 children's book written by Peter Parnell and Justin Richardson and illustrated by Henry Cole. The book is based on the true story of Roy and Silo, two male Chinstrap Penguins in New York's Central Park Zoo. For six years they formed a couple and were given an egg to raise. The book follows part of this time in the penguins' lives, but not subsequent events.
The book has won many awards but also been at the center of numerous censorship and culture war debates on same-sex marriage, adoption and homosexuality in animals. The American Library Association reports that And Tango Makes Three was the most challenged book of 2006, 2007, and 2008, as well as the most banned book of 2009.[1][2]
