Mr_Batman's tired of excuses so even if he has one he'll be keeping it to himself. :P

At least it did better than my last pick (Azrael #1). Even I didn't like that book!

Cool. I know a guy who can't spell. He runs a successful business, and has done so for nearly 20 years. He once had to ask his employee how to spell his own son's name.

X-Men Forever #18

Yeah, I didn't hate this at all. It did take me back to a less dark time in the X-Men history and I enjoyed that. However, as with John Byrne, I've had the chance to meet Chris Clairmont and both have turned me off personally to the point that I have a hard time seperating the art from the artist.

It cracks me up that Clairmont told me that Scott was the most boring X-Men once and here I am reading a very Cyclopscentric story from him. I guess Summers is only boring to Chris when it's not Chris writing it.

I didn't see anything that makes me want to really join in on a monthly basis with this book, but I can't say the story wasn't enjoyable... it was. Not keen on the art, though.

Story: 7
Art: 4
My Score: 5.5
