Not having the comic in hand is something of a hindrance.

Not taking it out of the bag is what's holding me up.

Lost Season six will also play havoc with my reading.

There were so few books I cared about this week, I actually bought Avengers #4.
Other than a couple books I was trade-waiting and didn't want to spoil in advance I couldn't find much this week. Is Anna Mercury or Gravel any good, anyone?

Anna Mercury is okay. I don't like Gravel, but its fans are very passionate about it. It is magic bullshit.

And yet you castigate us for not reviewing the book when you haven't even bothered to buy it yet.
Typical hypocrisy from a RG tyrant like yourself. Sheesh.

No no noooo! You've got it wrong. I'm castigating Hawk for picking it not you for not being able to review this impossible to find comic.
Hawk's up for exile this week if he can't meet the requirements of the Amber Atoms rule while I'm giving everyone else a free pass!

Well, all right. I guess I won't take my protest to the streets then.

so what you are really doing is trying to make it the picker's responsibility to get people to participate instead of forcing the reviewers to participate. So it is a reward for being somewhat active in the group to get to pick, but if you pick poorly you are booted from the group for a year.
Sire, how did you hack into Amlah's account. This seems like a leap in cognitive ability for you.

I'm reading it but I agree with 4thy finding a copy is going to be hard.

Yeah Gravel is Ellis's Hellblazer without the constraints of D.C. / Vertigo. Read the first few issues and dropped it for lack of interest, and fear that Ellis would get his comic A.D.D. and flitter of to some other title that took his interest.
