If you're still that confused over what an accessory to a crime is, oh wells.
If you missed the part where Johnston talked about the people who told him this (making it not first-hand knowledge of anything and a rumor), I can't help that either.
(And Johnston already tried to back-pedal and say that what he meant by "worse than Savile" actually meant "worse for the organization if brought to light", not "a worse crime" than raping dozens of children.)
My point remains that there would be very few specific cases where RJ would be guilty of a crime here, even if he were a U.S. citizen, almost none, but I don't mean that to sound superior, no worries.
