There's a rumor going about of which sort of Autobots and Decepticons will be seen in Michael Bay's Transformers 4.
With hysteria and dread of fans over Ninja Turtles (2014), the fiendishly twisted hellfiend Michael Bay has freely gone to make Transformers 4 (2014) without any sort of reprise. That or maybe that fanbase is just use to the abuse. Either way, rumors are circling the internet of the Transformers that'll appear in the new movie. So this reporter says take this all with a grain of salt.
First off, let's just cut straight to the villains. For those hoping (such as myself) that the Decepticons shown in previous movie would return (Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, and Shockwave), alas Michael Bay might have other ideas. Ideas that surprisingly don't involve Unicorn or Galvatron. Nope.. the rumored big bad is.. Nemesis Prime aka Scourge aka Black Convoy aka Miguel Sanchez, aka Dr. Nguyen Van Falk.
For those not into Transformers lore. Here's Nemesis Prime's most widely known appearance for American audiences as Scourge in early 00s Transformers: Robots in Disguise.
The other Decepticons rumored to be showing up in this entry are Thundercracker and Bludgeon. As for what evil scheme they'll be up to in the movie? Well, it's an evil Optimus Prime he obviously will frame the Autobot leader forcing yet again (for the second straight movie) the Earth to abandon the Autobots. This supposed ploy is to buy the bad guys enough time for an even grander scheme.
As for Autobots who'll be in the sequel (besides the returning Optimus Prime and Bumblebee). Well.. this why this reporter thinks the rumors have a tiny bit of value. Not a single mention of any Dinobot. Why? Because Michael Bay hates Dinobots. So if not them then who?
Cliffjumper, Prowl, Mirage, and Omega Supreme. This is where again this reporter finds some value in this. Hasbro recently released a updated Omega Supreme. Prowl is about to be released this year in Masterpiece line.
As for the human characters who will appear in the movie. Why care? We already know given the previous Transformers movies Bay has made they'll be as cliched as they come, which is much what one is to expect from any movie Michael Bay makes. So there you have it. Hopefully these rumors are wrong, and Bay is planning something much much worse to outdo what he did on Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009). So obviously he'll probably add the greatest blight of Transformers lore..
If Bay decided to go back to the recent comics for inspiration I think he's going with the newer version who is Nova Prime who later becomes Nemesis Prime because of some shenanigans with a place known as the Dead Universe. The character:
I hope not, that was the most convoluted, absolute low of TF stories I ever saw from IDW. And if this gives us a Bayformers version of D-Void I'll facepalm twice as hard.

Nemesis Prime's supposed origin:
Optimus' rival. The Fallen's direct descendant, trained to destroy Optimus and the Autobots. Infiltrates Earth and impersonates Optimus, framing the Autobots of a crime that forces them on the run while he searches for Omega Supreme and the secret he carries.

In all fairness to Nemesis Prime, Simon Furman admitted that he not only had to alter his plan for NP (he was supposed to still be carrying the now corrupted Matrix), but he also had to cram a planned 12 issue arc into 4 issues.

What does heistary mean?
I think Zechs took it with a gallon of hooch when he wrote this article.
When i see the word "involved" in the title, i can't help but think of a bunch of Transformers actually building the sets and making creative decisions about the movie like they are real people.

D-Void is still inexcusable though.
Are we talking about DnA's Heart of Darkenss mini?
