As a bigtime Scooby Doo fan, I decided to make a few posts about the franchise, starting with this one. Now one of the main reasons why I followed the show in its various incarnations was mostly because of the ghosts and monsters as they were pretty cool-except for the idiotic concept of them being losers in costumes who had lame motivations for playing dressup. But nonetheless, here is my list of the ones that actually scared the crap out of me as a kid and even beyond that:
Elias Kingston The Ghost Clown Dracula The Skull Island Vampire The Ghost Werewolf The Space Kook The Spirits Of 76 Dr. Coffin The Ghost Medicine Man The Witch Doctor Witch McCoy and the Zombie The Swamp Witch and the Zombie The Mummy The Phantom Puppeteer The Catwomen from Zombie Island The Jaguaro Milo Booth Sara Ravencroft The Moon Monster The Freak The Ghost Truck The Creeper Alison May Venus The Cat Creature The Underground Demon Chickenstein The Ape Man Maldor Zomba Zimbulu Rancor
There are some more I can't think of now but I will add to my list soon.
Too easy: Astronaut Ghost. The face and that cackling laughter were fucked up

The Underground Demons from Frightened Hound Meets Demons Underground . Even as they turn out to be(like all monster on the show) some crook in disguise, apparently that Seattle construction site at one time was actually (in the show's universe) terrorized by demons. Then there were also that prehistoric humanoid shark, which I thought looked kinda cool.
