That said, the Green Team wasn't created by Kirby, but by his old pal Joe Simon and artist Jerry Grandinetti.

But when I made the suggestion, wheels started turning, as is quite clear to anyone.

They listen to me quite a bit, actually. Aspects of my Dr. Light fanfic were used in their stories featuring the character. And Geoff got the idea to use an Iranian female character in Aquaman's "The Others" storyline from when I suggested bringing back an obscure Iranian female would-be hero (who, not coincidentally, was also created to be quickly killed off) in a heroines thread back on 'Rama.

That's why it's no surprise that they're ripping off ol' Herald once again.

Now, if only they could use my ideas WELL, instead of using them in the typical slipshod DiDio-era manner...
