If that's what you think I did, you are even dumber than I thought.

I'm sorry this thread has made you butthurt.

Whoa whoa whoa. I didn't say it wasn't harassment because it's not in the work place. Not even close.

I thought we resolved that.

I also never brought up misandry.

I almost added a disclaimer, but I kind of wanted to wake that one up. That's a silly thing. I know you didn't bring up misandry, but someone did and she wants to derail the argument again with Insane rules of I can argue this way cause I'm a girl. That's sexist. Argue however you want but don't excuse bad behavior or bad argument because of your sex

Whatever gets you through the day. You are certainly a joy...especially when you resort to the lowest common denominator. Dig deep, my friend...you're getting close to the bottom. Cheers!

You're right. When I should stay away from the lowest common denominator. I'll bid you adieu then.

I question the veracity of the convention center thing.

Serious question: Is buying a girl drinks at a bar in the hopes that she will get drunk enough to sleep with you sexist, predatory or harassing?

I'm curious what the line in the sand is.

I was wondering about that. If (and I don't know if he was or was not) Wood was at the convention on the request of the convention organizers to be a "special guest", doesn't that make Wood a representative of the convention and laws about harassment in the workplace might apply?

I would say it's predatory. If she wants to sleep with you, you shouldn't have to get her drunk.

I just feel like there was more to it and i find it hard to believe that a man who is having an affair and apparently trying to hide it would yell at a failed hook-up in a crowded convention center for everyone to witness including other industry professionals who may know both him and his wife.

You can be sexist or racist as an individual, but here in America and most societies, institutionalized sexism absolutely does exist and oppresses women, and there is no equivalent for men that comes close. The same argument applies to white people in America who cry about reverse racism.

Except this was after hours at a bar, but one could make the argument, I suppose.
