The Nacireman wrote:Haven't read R.E.B.E.L.S (and probably won't). But now Starhaven's not a colony planet populated by people of Native American decent?

F   k, Is this part of Johns retcon making the Legionaires true aliens, as opposed to decedents of human colonists? (As Levitz suggested many of them were?)

Stop, just stop will you?

Encylopedia Galactica - from REBELS #2...

Seven Centuries ago, Anthranian gene farmers abducted the Anasazi tribe of Earth and hid them far from prying eyes. Soon after, Anthrania fell to the Spider Guild. Thier experimental colony, STARHAVEN, was lost to history. It's inhabitants thrives, long accunstomed to living off limites resources.
Today, the genetic alterations their captors introduced have yielded rather spectacular results.

So the only thing different is the timing of when they settled on Starhaven. EVERYthing else is perfectly intact.

And while Levitz may have suggested they were all Earth 'colony's, he never SAID they were.

Still, Mon-El took them out there AND they (technically) came from Earth so the Bierbaums 'seeding' is still intact.

But don't let any of this get in the way of your perpetual compaining.

So much for the 'flop' thing.

The Source just announced that we get a new LSH Annual in December - written by Paul Levitz and with art by a certain Mr Giffen. And yes, I am very, very happy.

Last time she was good, was when she died in the post Crisis era. What a send off.
