She got the figs right about the time they came out and while they were probably overpriced, they didn't cost 50 bucks. If I recall, she got them online from a place I used to use. They jack their prices up, but at the time she got them, it was...I dunno...20 bucks maybe? I'll ask her tomorrow.

I have to admit. I did once see Malak at a Toys R Us and didn't grab him. I don't regret that. Not a fan of him, more Revan. I would buy that figure loose if I could and add him to my Sith collection.

I own about twelve Vaders (I think might be more probably is), six Palpatine/Sidious, four Count Dooku's, seven Darth Maul's, one Darth Nilhilus, Darth Bane, Darth Talon, Starkiller, Sith Lord Starkiller, and Carnor Jax.

I wish I could count Maris Brood or Asaji Ventress but they weren't true Sith.

Malak was a weak-minded fool. he was just a follower with nothing to really contribute that someone else didn't already think up. I mean, this dude got his muthafuckin jaw cut off. Bitch-ass.

Techincally, none of the dudes you've mentioned is a "true" Sith, considering the Sith was a race long before those first few rogue Jedi hooked up with their culture thousands of years before luke was born.

I mean more of them being Sith Lords. But yeah, very true. Then I won't have any. :( :P

Malek's a bitch because his nickname was Squint, and then he got his jaw cut off. Seriously, he should have known he was cursed.

I could have bought both for $20 a piece last year. They were so small though. I refused to pay $20 for a 4.5" figurine.

LOLOLOLOL! Damn, I wish that the KOTOR comic followed the games more. Also, I wish they'd give us KOTOR III already. Matty wants to know where Revan and the character you got to create in the second game are at.

I stopped reading the KotOR comic very early on because I couldn't figure out who in the fuck these people were or what in the fuck they had to do with the games.

Did they actually ever come around to dealing with characters from the games as more than just cameos?

Here's a quick question -

How is the chance of getting a bunch of those R2 action figures? I mean the R2 type units and Artoo too.

Just curious about that and just how many were done from the various types, R5, R3, R4, R6 etc.

Easy to it's gonna take awhile maybe. Two of the R-units where in Build a Droid sets. I forgot which ones though but I have the parts to them.

Ahh, did all the various R2 types get released? All those different types with the different type of heads?

Basically, I wouldn't mind trying to put together a set of each type for fun.

The Wookiepedia showed a number of models/types.

R1 up to an R9. :o

They showed Malek before he became Revan's 2nd in command and apprentice, and Carth and Saul Karath have shown up several times in their Mando War selves. And Mission and the "good" swwop gang on Taris appeared for a couple issues.

But mostly it's about new characters, which I prefer. I like following Zayne and Jarael far more than them doing a Mando War story of Revan that would just end up ticking off people. There are already enough people whining about Revan being a guy, how many more would there be if DH filled in more details?

Anyways, new acquisition:

Personally, not dealing with the focal characters of the game was what pissed me off.

Well, "pissed off" is a bit strong. "didn't care to read' is more accurate.
