Although the set has been delayed to at least late February, it will include some extra goodies, the first of which is a Quake, a Shockwave-like transforming weapon for Colossus to wield. Very cool!

I picked up Marvel Select Agent Venom at the Disney Store by my job like a week ago. Haven't opened it yet. Have you guys checked it out?

Glad it was a solo figure instead of the 4 pack it originally came out in.

I've been wanting to pick that up, but it's always $40+ on EBay. How much did you pay for it at the Disney Store?

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. I can't believe the Iron Man 2 line look way better than this (the first wave of those had horrific paint jobs to boot).

Also there's a rumor that TCW like of Star Wars figures will be phased out.

This information comes from two sources. First, the original rumor began at starwars-figuren.com. One of the people who post in that forum also posted a translation of it in English in BanthaSkull.com's forums. It’s based largely on Volker’s report which is the fifth post down here (and it’s in German):

I spoke German in a previous life. This is what he says about TCW:

“Die Clone Wars linie wird wohl eingestellt”

It’s 50% cognates and I think it means “The Clone Wars line will be entirely discontinued.”

I'm not surprised. I haven't seen a new Clone Wars figure in a year and a half since Hasbro made the switch.
