I don't know if I can get to 10...

Not ranked

1 Watchmen
2 Dark Knight Returns
3 Crisis on Infinite Earths (I don't actually know if this is in TPB format)
4 Kingdom Come
5 Spider Man: Kraven's Last Hunt
6 Batman: The Killing Joke
7 Akira (this might not count, too, but the collected volumes are TPB formats...it's just that the entire series would be bigger than a phone book)
8 Squadron Supreme (12 issue maxi series from 1985-86)
9 Batman: The Long Halloween
10 JLA Avengers

Note that I don't have any of these in TPB format, I have the originals. And looking at the list, I've got the originals to many of those. Makes me feel old.
