The final season of Transformers: Prime debuts a lot sooner than you think.
Originally, the revelation of the time came first via Shockwave's voice actor, David Sobolov revealed the time, before the Hub likewise updated their schedule with the first two episodes for the season.
March 22nd at 7:30 pm is when Trasformers: Prime Season 3 debuts (the second will air on March 29). The season entitled, "Beast Hunters" begins where season 2 left off, with the Autobots in disarray and the Decepticons beginning their offensive to take over the Earth. Alas we learned earlier this month this season will be the show's final.
As for the first episode summaries they reveal a bit of info pretaining to the fates of two characters and the reintroduction of the grand villain for the season, Shockwave. Here's the summaries:
3.01 Darkmouth, Nv
While Optimus struggles to survive after Megatron’s destruction of the Autobot base, the separated members of Team Prime try to reconnect.
3.02 Scattered
The Autobots search for signs of each other, but start to lose hope while the Decepticons welcome a key player to their ranks. A win for Wheeljack may ultimately lead to an Autobot defeat.
