No.

I did think of you when I read this in a recent Robot 6 story...

You can judge for yourself from this obviously bootleg video (see below) of Urasawa performing in concert. In fact, the creator of Monster, 20th Century Boys and the greatest manga of all time, Pluto, is a pretty serious rocker in his spare time, and he released an album, Half Century Man, a couple of years ago. His best-known song is “Bob Lennon,” which was written by his fictional character Kenji Endo in 20th Century Boys.

Here's the video, as it's really cool...

This time was dwarf adventure time. And what adventure time it was. We gone some lovely dwarf poetry, long time love, ancient evil, engineered predators and of course a very bad and thoughtless rescue plan.

This continues to be THE D&D comic done right.

I expected more from from. 90 pages of mostly fighting and one sentence jokes, mostly cliches,
The art is ok and suits the book.
The concept is nothing new, but had potential, there's a big ancient evil that wants to destroy the universe, and the only thing that can stop him is an ancient magical artifact. And collecting all the part for this device is the The Engineer's job.
Monsters, robots, chickens and spirits is what you'll find in the book.

Its a shame that most of the book is just fighting, there's nothing to keep your attention, and as such its a really fast read. Its only about 11€ so its a really cheap HC, and you get what you paid for.

I don't recommend it, but if you're into this kind of book, then its not a bad one, but if you want a story, then this is not for you.

Madwoman of the Sacred Heart

I hadn't read any Moebius since that Silver Surfer mini in the 80s. That fella was kinda good.

The solicitation for this made it sound super crazy so my expectations were probably too high. The book was mostly just half wonked philosophy with a little kink, but androgynous christ was lol worthy.

Northlanders Volume 6: Thor's Daughter

Siege of Paris was great.

Severed

Hell, that was better than American Vampire. Snyder is for reals.

More Futaki, pls.

Moon Knight by Bendis and Maleev Volume 2
Image

Pointless death aside, not a terrible run by Bendis on Moon Knight.

Cinderella Volume 2: Fables are Forever
Image

Dorothymade this volume a lot more enjoyable than the first but still, sooooooo much exposition. I'm kind of glad Roberson flamed out before DC let him do an arc of Fairest.

PUNISHERMAX Volume 3: Frank
Image

Better than the first two volumes, but that's not saying much. If I have to read another Punisher origin story ever again I'm burning the comic.
