Say hi to Kristyna Baczynski for me! Punchy said he would last year but talking to women was not on his list of things to do that day. |

Last Year they had a Mid-Con party that I went to. Had all the Marvel, DC and other writers/artists there. I was proper like OMG!! ![]() Kieron Gillen was on the dance floor dancing like a complete nutter. Was soooo funny!! ![]() |

![]() Duh Studge in Real Rap #1&2 by Ben Urkowitz. Quirky funny minicomics about Duh Studge, a guy who lives in a small apartment with one cat he thinks is two different cats who decides to save music by downloading some beats from illestbeatz.com and becoming a rapper. Pretty talented young writer/comic strip artist, wonder what he could do with a lengthy graphic novel? These retail at $1 and give you more for that dollar than a lot of more expensive comics do. I would give these to Keb if I could. |

website? I googled but others might not be as smart as me. edit: I might go look for this tomorrow. The shop I go to carries some mini-comics so they might have this. |

I have managed to avoid that party every year due to prior commitments, but I'm coming up empty for 2013. |

I get them from a distributor, but here is Ben Urkowitz's TUMBLR site is that what you mean? http://b-m-f-u.tumblr.com/ If you can't find them let me know, maybe I can mail you a set as they don't weigh much at all. |

Sounds amazing. It must have been so much fun. |

It was ![]() The lads I went with were lame and wanted to go home quite early on in the Night, so didn't get to mix with many of them ![]() Hoping they won't do the same this Year. |

I would have stayed on my own. I want to go to NYCC next year, it'll be my first convention ever. |
Yeah, I was close to staying by myself but a young girl alone in the City on a Saturday night is a tad risky. NYCC would be a great one to go to as your first. I'd love to go to a Comic Con in America at some point. Majorly jealous. ![]() |

![]() San Diego Diary by Gabrielle Bell. She writes mostly autobiographical stories, this was the story of a trip to Comic Con and the kind of absurd situations she and her friend found themselves in. Some parts were really funny. |
